Your training

We offer an interesting and challenging apprenticeship in a modern and future-oriented company. During your training as an office management assistant, you will work in a team with three colleagues. You can expect a flexible 40-hour week with flexitime.

The training allowance amounts to around €1,000 in the first year and increases to €1,100 in the second and €1,200 in the third year as the training period progresses. We are also happy to offer you the option of shortening your training to 2 years if you meet the relevant requirements. You can expect an attractive salary if you are taken on after the apprenticeship. We will also reimburse the cost of books up to a value of €100. Your training is very important to us, which is why we also register you for suitable seminars and cover the costs for these. Before the written exams, you will receive one day of special leave from us.

As a young and modern company, we attach great importance to a good atmosphere and team cohesion. To this end, we regularly organize joint lunches, an annual company outing, Christmas dinners and barbecues. We participate in a company run. Drinks and fresh fruit are provided, as well as sweet nerve food from time to time. A masseur comes monthly to pamper us. Company fitness membership is available upon request.

That's what we want from you:

You should have completed a good secondary school leaving certificate and also have good grades in German and mathematics.

You fit to us if you are careful, punctual and accurate. You should have no problems organizing yourself and working in a team. We also expect a high level of initiative and willingness to learn. Ideally, you are proficient in the usual MS Office programs.
