Join our team as a trainee tax clerk (m/f/d) 2026.
Your tasks
The training lasts 3 years, but can be shortened to 2 years under certain conditions. In addition, it is possible to acquire the additional qualification "Financial Assistant in Taxes" during the three-year training program if the relevant requirements are met.
The working days are Monday to Friday. Vocational school classes take place during this time (alternating weekly) on 1 or 2 days.
Training content:
- Income tax returns, handling clients' bookkeeping, preparing business evaluations and annual financial statements, payroll accounting, providing client support and advice, organizational and commercial activities.
Your profile
- You should have a "Mittlere Reife", "Abitur" or a degree from a vocational college and also have good grades in German and mathematics.
- You have a good grasp, are careful and reliable. You should have no problems organizing yourself and working in a team. We also expect a high level of initiative and willingness to learn. Ideally, you are proficient in the current MS Office programs.
The benefits
- Interesting and challenging training in a modern and future-oriented company. You can expect a 40-hour week with flexitime.
- The training allowance is around €1,000 in the first year and increases to €1,100 in the second and €1,200 in the third year as the training progresses. We are also happy to offer you the opportunity to shorten your apprenticeship to 2 years if you meet the relevant requirements. If you are taken on after your training, you can expect an attractive salary. We also reimburse the cost of books worth up to €100. Your training is very important to us, which is why we will also register you for suitable seminars and cover the costs. We will give you one day's special leave before the written exams.
- Our tax trainees receive a training letter, which is sent quarterly. This is paid for by us and may be processed during working hours (2 working days). We will provide you with an additional working day for post-processing.
- As a modern company, we attach great importance to a good atmosphere and team cohesion. To this end, we organize various joint activities, such as joint lunches, an annual company outing, a Christmas dinner and participation in a company run. Drinks and fresh fruit as well as sweet nerve food are provided. A masseur comes every month to pamper us.
