Join our team as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) with a 4-day week.
Your tasks
- Preparation of monthly payroll accounting for clients from a wide range of industries
- Supporting and advising our clients on payroll tax and social security law issues
- Maintenance of personnel master data and management of payroll accounts
- Preparation of notifications and certificates (e.g. social security, income tax, employers' liability insurance association)
- Communication with health insurance companies, tax offices and other institutions
- Support during audits by tax authorities and social security institutions
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in payroll preparation and financial accounting.
- Knowledge of German wage tax, value added tax and social security law
- Knowledge of DATEV and MS Office products
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Professional and discreet handling of sensitive data
- Team spirit, committed and independent work
