Join our team as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) with a focus on medical professionals.
Your tasks
- Independent and timely preparation of payroll accounting for our clients in the healthcare sector
- Contact person for clients on wage tax and social security law issues
- Maintenance of personnel master data and monitoring of deadlines
- Correspondence with health insurance companies, tax offices and other institutions
- Support with payroll-related audits (e.g. income tax, social security)
- Collaboration on the optimization of digital payroll processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. tax clerk, HR specialist, payroll assistant) or comparable qualification
- Experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a tax office
- Confident handling of DATEV LODAS / wages and salaries
- Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor in client contact
- Affinity for digital processes
