Your tasks
- Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with commercial and tax law
- Audit of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
- Support of national or even international companies
- Participation in the preparation of tax returns for individuals as well as companies
- Participation in the examination of tax assessments
- Appeal
- Preparation of financial accounts of different legal forms
- Possibly also preparation of payrolls

The tax Master's degree course enables you to specialize in the professional field of tax consultancy. You will study in a practical and time-optimized manner, as you can already gain admission to the tax consultant exam during your Master's degree if you combine a two-year professional activity with the Master's degree.
The theory of the Master's program takes place at the Worms University and practical training at WSB in Mannheim or Ludwigshafen. Start of the study program is on 01.10.2024.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree with at least 210 credit points (CP) in a business administration or law degree program, whereby At least 20 LP had to be provided in modules dealing with taxes administered by federal or state tax authorities.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 180 completed credit points (LP) in a business or law course of study, whereby At least 20 LP had to be provided in modules dealing with taxes administered by federal or state tax authorities. In addition, a At least 6 months of internship with a focus on tax law in a tax consulting or auditing firm or in a company with its own tax or annual accounts department.
- First state examination in law, in which the applicant at least 20 completed credit points in the field of tax law or additionally - without having the tax-specific evidence in the course of study - a At least 6 months has completed an internship with a focus on tax law in a tax consulting or auditing firm or in a company with its own tax or annual financial statement department.
- Degree in a diploma program in business administration or law; whereby At least 20 credit points had to be provided in modules dealing with taxes administered by federal or state tax authorities.
- Fun with numbers, mathematical understanding as well as analytical thinking skills
- Communication skills and self-confident appearance
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and ideally DATEV
