Apprenticeship as assistant tax consultant (m/f/d) 2024

The training lasts 3 years, but can be shortened to 2 years under certain conditions. In addition, it is possible to acquire the additional qualification "Financial Assistant in Taxes" during the three-year training program if the relevant requirements are met.

The working days are Monday to Friday. Vocational school classes take place during this time (alternating weekly) on 1 or 2 days.

Income tax returns, handling clients' bookkeeping, preparing business evaluations and annual financial statements, payroll accounting, providing client support and advice, organizational and commercial activities.

We offer an interesting and challenging apprenticeship in a modern and future-oriented company. You can expect a 40-hour week with flexitime.

The training allowance is around €1,000 in the first year and increases to €1,100 in the second and €1,200 in the third year as the training period progresses. We are also happy to offer the option of shortening the apprenticeship to 2 years if the prerequisites are met. You can expect an attractive salary if you are taken on after the apprenticeship. In addition, we will reimburse the cost of books up to a value of €100. Your training is very important to us, which is why we also register you for suitable seminars and cover the costs for these. Before the written exams, you will receive one day of special leave from us.

Our tax trainees receive a training letter, which is sent quarterly. This is paid for by us and may be processed during working hours (2 working days). We will provide you with an additional working day for post-processing.

As a modern company, we attach great importance to a good atmosphere and team cohesion. To this end, we organize various joint activities, such as joint lunches, an annual company outing, a Christmas dinner and participation in a company run. Drinks and fresh fruit as well as sweet nerve food are provided. A masseur comes every month to pamper us.

You should have a "Mittlere Reife", "Abitur" or a degree from a vocational college and also have good grades in German and mathematics.

You have a good grasp, are careful and reliable. You should have no problems organizing yourself and working in a team. We also expect a high level of initiative and willingness to learn. Ideally, you are proficient in the current MS Office programs.
